C. David Brog, age 85, died Wednesday, June 22.
Dave was a vigilant servant to Jesus Christ, a devoted and loving family man, and a tireless worker.
He is survived by his children Dawn C. (Jim) Losinger, Alan (Lydia) Brog, Jody (Sheri) Brog; grandchildren Nate (Rachel) James, Dani (Noah) Haverdink, Nick (Megan) Losinger, Tim (Bianca) Brog, Ashleigh (Nick Fields) Brog, Amber (Shawn) Buyze, Brittany Meinke, Matt Brog, Zach (Brooke) Brog, Ali (Taylor) Cleary; many great-grandchildren; stepchildren Brenda (Gino) Harris, Mike (Cindy) Becker, Doug Becker, Bill Becker; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ann Brog; parents George and Gertrude Brog; sisters Eileen Wilson, Barbara Magoon, Shirley Morrison; grandson, Matthew James; stepson, Scott Becker.
Visitation with David’s family and friends will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 27, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 312 N. Main St., Wayland. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, with an hour of visitation prior at Leighton Church, 4180 2nd St.
In honor of David, and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the David’s House Ministries, 2251 Hope Grove Ave. SW, Wyoming.
To the Brog family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Dave was my neighbor for over Twenty years, Dave was such a nice guy, sadly I won’t be able to make the visitation or funeral,
