Duane (Dewey) Door, died Friday, Oct. 25. He was 57.
He is survived by wife of 35 years, Gina Door (Mutschler), children Brandi, Evan, Stacie, Brad, Darrin, Katlyn, Danny, Brittany, a sleuth of grandchildren, and siblings Donna and Frank Ringewold, Linda and Del Meyer, JoAnn and Duane Terpstra, Bonnie and Keith Vrieswyk, Jack and Sharon (Kathy) Door, Sandy and George Sorenson, and Pat and Dan Andrakowicz and many friends in Honduras and Guatemala, where he served as a missionary.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chet and Til Door, and brother Dennis and loved by Gene and Mary Mutschler and his brother-in-law, Steve.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct.28, at Stroo Funeral Home. 1095 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Moline Christian Reformed Church, 4341 Chappell St..
