Ethel Veenstra (Heyboer), age 91, of Hopkins died Monday, Nov.18.
She is survived by her children, John (Kathy) Veenstra, Ron (Denise) Veenstra; grandchildren, Rebecca (Robert) Brown, John Jr. (Ashley) Veenstra, Jason (Katy) Veenstra, Michael (Samantha) Veenstra, Andrew Veenstra and Aften Bottenfield; great-grandchildren, Zachary, MaKenzie, Aubrie; and many nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Robert; and brothers, Bill, Art, and Jim Heyboer, preceded her in death.
The family will greet visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St., Cutlerville, and Friday, Nov. 22, from 10 to 10:45 am at Good News Baptist Church, 6830 Eastern Ave. SE, where the funeral service will begin at 11 am. Rev. Brian Cederquist will officiate. Interment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Good News Baptist Church or Grace Hospice.
