Robert Zuiderveen, age 71, died Saturday, April 21.

Bob was an accident free truck driver for 56 years. He loved Elvis Presley and John Wayne. He was a motor head enthusiast, loved watching antique car shows, Street Outlaws, and Monster Garage. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. Bob was a jokester and a lot of fun to be around. He was loved by everyone and had a very giving heart.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Tammy; children, Jeffery (Beth), Timothy, Greg Molchan, Tabitha Morris; siblings, Beverly (Roger) Evink, Terry (Linda) Koetje, Rich (Paula) Koetje, Wayne (Terry) Koetje, Joe (Marion) Zuiderveen, Ted (Claudia) Zuiderveen, and Tom Zuiderveen; grandchildren, Andrew, Johnathan, Daniel, Emersyn, Noah, Judah, and Zakari; aunts, Betty Winale and Joyce Ardema; uncle, Carol Ardema;  many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Zuiderveen and Edna Koetje and sister, Donna Arendsen.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, at Life Change Community Church, 3014 Newell St, Burnips, with one hour of visitation prior. Pastor Steve Jones will be officiating.

In honor of Robert and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
