Sharon Kay Grygiel, age 72, died at her home in Dorr Saturday, Sept. 30.
Sharon enjoyed tending to her flowers, painting, and especially spending time with her family. She worked as a postal clerk for 46 years serving the greater Grand Rapids area.
Sharon will be lovingly remembered by her children Angela Marsh, Scot (Kelly) Grygiel, Sara Winters; grandchildren Hailey, Madison, Kenzie, Richard, Reese, Faith; siblings Dale Homrich, Steve Homrich; and many extended family, friends, and four-legged companions.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Scot Grygiel; parents Leo and Lula Homrich; and brother, Ron Homrich.
A graveside committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Jones Cemetery, 4642-4652 17th St. SW, Byron Center. In memory of Sharon and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
