The latest expansion project at the Gun Lake Casino site at the Bradley exit of the U.S.-131 expressway continues and officials say it should completed by next spring.
The $300 million expansion features a 15-story hotel, restaurant, spa, fitness center and “aquadome,.”
Gun Lake Casino chief executive officer Sal Semola is hinting that there will be future projects.
Semola said, “There’s a lot of things going on in Western Michigan. The fact that the airport is going through an expansion is very telling of what’s happening in the region. I think the drive is in a good place and we’re well poised for additional expansion if the opportunity presents itself.”
