Gun Lake man killed in traffic crash at U.S.-131 and 44th St.

Robert “Bob” Owen Reahm, 72, of Gun Lake,photo_20160924_wm0077600_0_20160924 died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 22, in a traffic accident near the 44th Street exit at U.S.-131 after his car rear-ended a Rapid transport vehicle.
Born Oct.19, 1943, to Kendall and Alene (Moehler) Reahm in Hastings, he married Shelia Mulford in Middleville on Oct. 24, 1970.
Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and volunteering his time to Shrine Hospital, transporting sick children. He always made time to help those around him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Shelia; and son Kendall Reahm (Nicole); and grandson, Hunter.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kendall; mother, Alene; brother, Larry; and daughter, Kalene.
A time of gathering will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Beeler-Gores Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 30. Memorial donations can be made to the Kalamazoo Shrine Club, c/o Bill Phillips, 101 Inkster, Kalamazoo, MI 49001.
