Garrett Lail won the Bonnie Plants Cabbage Challenge for second-graders at Hopkins Elementary. The students were given a giant-variety cabbage plant to grow at home this summer as part of this program. The Hopkins FFA organized the challenge and provided a $25 gift card to Craig’s Cruisers for the local winner. Garrett also will be entered in the state-wide competition with a $1,000 scholarship prize from Bonnie Plants.
