Hopkins 8th-grader is state runner-up in speaking contest

Bailey Couch, daughter of Hopkins FFA advisor and agriculture instructor Jessica Couch, earned the second place trophy Friday in the Michigan FFA State Convention in East Lansing. An eighth-grader at Hopkins Middle School, she was runner-up in Junior High Public Speaking.
