Both the Hopkins boys’ and girls’ bowling teams defeated Kelloggsville Monday afternoon at Spectrum Lanes in Wyoming. The boys, as a result, continue to be undefeated in dual matches this season.

The Viking boys started bysplitting Bakers winning the first 218-171, but losing the second 201-181. They took all five points in the first individual and total pins. In the second they took three points and total winning the match 24-6.

High scores for the guys were Brenden Gossman with 277 and 221, Jonathon Ryan with 233 and 192.

The girls, only defeated once this season, started by winning both Bakers then all but one individual point, eventually taking their match 29-1.

High scores for the girls were Alayna Ryan with 191, Kennedy Gill with 183 and 162, MacKenzie Morris with 163.

Both teams are scheduled to bowl Belding next  in Belding Wednesday afternoon.
