Hopkins grad earns West Point engineering degree

Matthew Robinson, a 2015 graduate of Hopkins HighSchool, has graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He graduated with a degree in systems engineering and has branched aviation.  He will be training as a chopper pilot at Fort Rucker in Alabama. He is the son of former Hopkins High School girls’ varsity basketball coach John Robinson and played basketball and football for the Vikings before an injury as a senior halted his athletic career.
