It was a festive night at the Hopkins High School gym Friday night.
Not only did both the Viking girls’ and boys’ basketball teams turn back O-K Silver Conference rival Kelloggsville, they and the fans enjoyed the inter homecoming celebration an athletic hall of fame induction ceremony for Brent and Sue Sebright, Todd Frazee and Terri Wisser.\
The guys’ team scored its second league victory this season with a 63-48 decision over the Rockets to lift their overall season record to 6-12. The Lady Vikings defeated Kelloggsville handily, 47-20, to improve their season record to 7-9 and 5-3 in the O-K Silver.
