Hopkins High School FFA instructor and advisor Jessica Couch has been been selected for a Teacher of Teachers Award after being nominated by former student Samantha Ludlam.
Ludlam, former Miss Hopkins and former vice president of the Michigan FFA organization, graduated from Michigan State University and now teaches agriculture at Coopersville High School.
Couch said of Ludlam, “It has been a joy watching her grow from a shy, quiet seventh-grader in my class to being an amazing, confident ag teacher sharing her passion of ag with her own students.”
Couch also earned the honor of being recognized for 20 years of service as an ag ed teacher and MAAE member.
