Hopkins schools earns 4th grant this academic year

Hopkins Public Schools has been awarded a $500 grant from ExxonMobil and Noonday Market Educational Alliance Grant.

These funds will be used to buy supplies for our for the school district’s Engineering/Applied Science class.

It was the fourth grant Hopkins has received this academic year.

The most recent $4,229.88 from the Michigan Department of Education for the Acceptable Assessment Tools for Early Literacy Educators grant.

Hopkins Public Schools also received a $24,570 Michigan Department of Education grant through the Additional Instructional Time and Interventions program.

The Gun Lake Tribe gifted the district earlier this year to allow the district to purchase ten iPads for each Y5’s through second grade classrooms and three Chromebook carts that can be taken into elementary classrooms for curricular activities.
