The Hopkins Village Council issued an official thank-you to Bob Larr, Dan Kisner and staff from the local Department of Public Works for giving a makeover to the to the Hopkins Veterans Memorial in the downtown park next to the library. “Thank you for all your (and all those who helped you) work in honoring our veterans,” the statement said.
