
Police Chief Mark Garnsey said, “It took several of our public works staff several hours to put the bathrooms back into serviceable condition.”
Any information leading to the identification of those determined to be responsible will be rewarded.
“If the person(s) responsible choose to come in and see us at WPD, that wouldn’t be a bad strategy,” the chief added.
