The Wayland City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in apprehending the person or persons responsible for damaging and abusing the City Park restrooms over the last weekend.Police Chief Mark Garnsey said, “It took several of our public works staff several hours to put the bathrooms back into serviceable condition.”
Any information leading to the identification of those determined to be responsible will be rewarded.
“If the person(s) responsible choose to come in and see us at WPD, that wouldn’t be a bad strategy,” the chief added.
