Jenny OsentoskiJenny Osentoski has been named administrator of the new Green Acres Assisted Living Community opening soon on East Superior Street in Wayland.

A lifelong resident of Wayland, Osentoski received her bachelor of science degree from Western Michigan University. She comes to Green Acres of Wayland with an extensive background in a variety of long-term care settings, including skilled nursing, sub-acute rehabilitation, and assisted living.

Jenny is very active in the community including serving as an Ambassador for the Wayland Area Chamber of Commerce, an active board member for the Allegan County Commission on Aging, Executive Committee member of Allegan Building Ties and Barry Health Service Network. She has also been active in Kiwanis and as a member of the General Federation of Women’s Club – Gun Lake.

Jenny, who lives in Wayland with her husband Rick and their two children, has been associated with the Sandy Creek Nursing Center before taking her new job.
Green Acres of Wayland is nestled between Metro Health Wayland and DeWeerd Dentistry in wooded area on the north side of East Superior, across from Wayland High School. The facility is designed for retirees and seniors, promising the best in retirement living, focusing on personalized living spaces within a community atmosphere.

Brothers-in-law Douglas Maas and Paul Wyman have owned and operated Retirement Living Management since its inception in 1998. There are 16 distinct senior living communities in Michigan including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
