The Hopkins varsity volleyball team lost an O-K Silver Conference dual match Thursday evening against visiting Northpointe Christian.

The Lady Vikings were swept in three sets, 25-12, 26-24 and 25-12.

Hopkins stat leaders were Hannah Van de Roovaart 18 assists; Meghan Schulz 8, Lexi Merren 6 kills;
Lexi Merren 3, Hannah Van de Roovvaart/Shannon Henshaw aces; Lexi Merren 3, Mikayla Bulich/Macy Arndt 2 blocks
and Hailey Shank 9, Lexi Merren/Mikayla Bulich 7 digs.

The Lady Vikings went 1-3 for the day last Saturday in the Cadillac Invitational. They lost to Midland Dow 25-8nand 25-19, lost to host Cadillac 25-13 and 256 and defeated Reed City 25-23 and 25-16 in pool play. They lost 25-20 and 25-22 in the quarterfinals of the Silver Bracket championship round.
