The Hopkins girls’ varsity softball team claimed its fourth straight victory Wednesday afternoon at Kelloggsville with a 16-0 romp in four innings.

The Lady Vikings, now 7-3 on the season overall, swept Kelloggsville Monday in a doubleheader on the home field.

Maddie Schans threw three innings without giving up a hit and walking two, striking out four. Kelsey Dusseau finished up with one inning, yielding one hit

Dussuau, Madison Wyngarden and Haleigh Miller each had a double, Morgan Dykstra had two singles and a double. The Vikings collected 13 hits for the ballgame.

Hopkins this Saturday will take part in the Allendale Invitational.
