As the late comedian Gilda Radner said, “It’s always something.”
Anthony Winters and Nissa Smith of the 4 One 2 distillery, restaurant and arcade next to the FFW post on South Main Street had to be shuttered Wednesday because of a gas line problem.
Winters said on Facebook today, “Crews are on the road trying to fix the gas line. It broke just north of us and took out the service to the VFW. Wednesday night, everything is canceled, and as of now, so is lunch on Thursday. We might be open for dinner on Thursday, but we will know more later tonight.
“Sorry you won’t be able to enjoy tacos for dinner tonight but we hope to see you Thursday night! Stay strong, taco lovers.”
You think the City could could compensate them a little bit? I doubt it!
Dennis,
So in other words, tax payers should pay for a personal businesses losses? When downtown streets are shut down, taxpayers should pay for all the downtown businesses losses?
Another no name commenter how about that you have no credibility !!
Is anyone else tired of the Anthony and Nissa show? All their whining has led me to not want to support their business and their lack of transparency on their “so called” non profit and balloon festival has me questioning where all the money has gone. I know I’m not the only one second guessing this, it’s only a matter of time before their true colors start showing through. Think twice before supporting their endeavors. Just saying.
