Martin grad among new GVSU president greeters

Martin High School graduate and Townbroadcast contributor Austin Marsman was among those who officially did a meet and greet Tuesday with new Grand Valley State University President Philomena Mantella. Marsman, a freshman at GVSU, and member of the Student Senate, said, “She has a vision and is ready to roll up her sleeves. I am very excited for the future of GVSU. Anchor Up!” In case you’re wondering, they are presenting the “L” salute that sort of means “Laker for Life.”
