The Martin boys’ varsity basketball season came to an end Saturday evening with a 57-36 loss to Tri-Unity Christian in the district tournament finals.

The Defenders, fresh from an impressive 83-22 victory over West Michigan Lutheran in the district semifinals, now will take a 10-2 overall season record into next Tuesday night’s Division 4 regionals.

The Clippers finished their season with an overall record of 6-7.
