Melt in your Mouth Easy
Pork Chop and Rice Bake
To make this easy, tasty dish you will need:
5 to 6 boneless pork chops
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 ounce package of onion soup mix
1 – 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
2 cups long grain rice
Brown pork chops on both sides. While waiting for these to brown, empty the undiluted soup with the butter, milk, and onion soup mix heating on low. When the butter melts, stir in the rice and spread over the pork chops in baking dish evenly.
Cover with foil and bake in a 275 degree oven for 2 hours.
