Memorial mass will be Saturday for Ann Ugianskis

Ann Marie Ugianskis, age 77, died Monday, Oct. 17.

Ann had a heart for others. She embodied the virtues of love, patience, kindness and humility. She was very family oriented, and was a loving mother. She kept a record of her family history, and passed on that passion to other family members.

Ann enjoyed her cats and dogs and was a passionate animal lover. She cherished her Catholic faith and was an active member for her entire life.

She is survived by her children Raymond (Caycee) Ugianskis, Chrissy (Paul) Harnish, Jennifer Rowe, Roy (Heather) Ugianskis; 18 grandchildren; and many extended relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ugianskis; parents Alojzy and Helen Wisniewski; son-in-law, David Rowe II; grandson, Ryan Millirans; and her siblings.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, at Kubiak-Cook, Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St., with prayers of the Rosary beginning at 4 p.m. A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 128 Cedar St., Wayland, with visitation from 10 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service. Ann will be laid to rest next to Joseph at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery.

In memory of Ann and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church.
