Scott Allan Taylor died Sunday, May 15, at the age of 48.
Scott worked at Lumbermen’s as a truck driver. He loved his church New Life of Wayland and volunteering at H.U.G.S Ranch in Byron Center.
He is survived by his grandmother, Shirlee Taylor; parents Howard and Carol Taylor; brothers Jeff (Wendy) Taylor and Mike (Brenda) Taylor; nieces and nephews Johanna, Lauren, Lindsey, Cody, and Brayden; fiancée, Lisa Epstein and her son, Declan; several aunts, uncles, and many extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Beverly Cochran, Donald Postma, Virgil Taylor, and Marcella Postma.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23, at Byron Center Bible Church, 8855 Byron Center Ave. SW. The family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 22, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th St., Dorr.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to H.U.G.S. Ranch, 284 Byron Center Road, Byron Center, MI 49315.
