Sandy DeGroot, age 82, died Friday, Jan. 10.
She is survived by her sons John DeGroot, Todd DeGroot, and Tim DeGroot; granddaughters Sabrina and Janelle DeGroot; brother, Dennis VanDelfzijl.
Sandy was a loving mother and grandmother. She was also a lover of books and wild birds.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – Dorr Chapel, 4330 18th St., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
