Stuart A. Milburn, 70, of Wayland died of cancer Wednesday, Dec. 21. He was a 1965 graduate of Wayland High School.
SHe was born April 16, 1946 in Grand Rapids, the son of Robert and Lois (Calkins) Milburn. Stuart proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army.
Stuart is survived by his three sons Cody, Andrew and Joshua; five grandchildren Gabriella, Arian, Logan, Ryker and Brooklyn; his brothers Don (Lyda) Milburn and Robert “Ken” Milburn along with several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
A Memorial service with military honors for Stuart will be at noon Saturday, Jan. 7, at the Wayland VFW Hall 735 South Main St. Wayland, Michigan. Stuart’s family will meet with friends and relatives from 11am until the time of services.
