Roger Harwood, age 78, of Wayland, died Friday, Sept. 20.

Roger was a loving husband and father who loved golf and all outdoor activities. He was a part owner of RG Mold and retired from Lacks Industries as a plastic mold injection engineer and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

He is survived by Carol, his wife of 35 years; children Kerri (Timothy), Brad, Paul and Angela; grandchildren Timothy “Gator” II (Mallory) and Jacob; great-granddaughters Vanessa and Lucy; siblings, Robert (Jean) Kuhn; brother-in-law, Richard Fennema; long-time friend, Dave Benton; extended family and friends and his faithful fur-child Carlee.

Roger was preceded in death by children Beth, Kenneth and Brian; sister, Judy Fennema.

Memorial services are currently pending. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Roger to the American Lung Association.
