Middle schooler is a winner in Meemic art contest

Wayland Middle School student, Mackenzie Kositzky has been selected as one of the 50 winners of the fifth annual Meemic Masterpieces Art Contest. Her prizes included an Amazon Fire Tablet 7, Sphero Bolt – the app-enabled robotic ball, a personalized Certificate of Appreciation, her artwork put on permanent display at Meemic’s headquarters in Auburn Hills, and her artwork featured in a virtual art gallery on the Meemic website: MeemicFoundation.org. The middle school will receive access to up to $300 to use online at Office Depot to use for art or other school supplies.
