National ag teachers’ intern thanks Hopkins FFA advisor for inspiration

Alan Green, a 2013 graduat12049684_10154404369744657_464336853804109770_ne of Hopkins High School and former president of the Michigan FFA, has been working as a campaign intern for the National Association of Agricultural Instructors in Lexington, Ky. He is a junior at MSU and plans to be an agricultural instructor with a strong emphasis on vocational education. Green sent this photo to Hopkins High Schhol ag teacher and FFA advisor Jessica Couch, whom he insists is an inspiration to him to follow his passion and his dreams. “I am here because a selfless agriculture teacher saw potential in me that I had never seen in myself before.
