Sherry Savinsky Adams, who only recently was named manager of te food service program at Wayland Middle School, also is Employee of the Month for the department. Adams, a 1979 graduate of Wayland High School, was manager at the local McDonald’s and retired from restaurant management in 2015. She then was hired at the middle school. She and husband Doug have two children, both of whom are graduates of Wayland High School.
