David Larry Baird, age 77, died Wednesday, Oct. 28.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Irmgard (Ushi) Baird; children David (Lisa) Baird; grandchildren Morgan (Jason) Kwekel, Makenna (Jacob) Albert, Daniel Flory, and Betsy Flory; great-grandson, Grayson Kwekel; sister, Mary (Les) DeBoer; brother, Bob (Beverly) Baird; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The Dorr Chapel of Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
