Old fashioned pizza dough, a blast from 1976 Extension

Did you ever look through an old cookbook for a recipe to try, wondering which ones were the favorites? Look for the ones with the most amount of stains that are noted being on a page. That being said, the family all agrees that nothing beats homemade pizza night.

In this recipe they call for cornmeal to knead and roll out the dough with, but I use just flour. Top the dough off with pizza sauce, toppings of choice and cheese. Makes 2 large pizzas or one large sheet pan family size.
