During the two snowstorms last week in the Wayland area, there was a lot activity on the expressway because of semi and vehicle crashes, but in the simpler and quieter confines of wooded areas such as the Rabbit River Nature Trail, some ambitious soul came up with the idea of crafting a snowman on the park bench in the middle of the trail. It can be a pleasant feature for those who venture out on the snowy and scenic trail.
Only time of year you can spend that much time there with out losing your total blood supply from mosquitoes.
