100th Street in southern Kent County and close to northern Allegan County will be closed to through traffic and inaccessible from Patterson Avenue to Kraft Avenue starting Monday and ending Friday, July 12.

Detour signs have been posted to alert motorists that 100th Street will be reworked to make it conform to all-season standards. The project also includes placement of a new culvert.

The entire road project, handled by Brenner Excavating, will run from next Monday through Sept. 20. The road will be accessible to motorists through the closing date at a limited traffic work zone.
