Paving completed at JC Wheeler Library parking lot

The paving at the parking lot at the JC Wheeler Library on 10th Street in Martin has now been completed. The work was done this week after the Martin Township Board found a little extra money in the 2016-17 budget to pay for the project. (Photo courtesy of Austin Marsman)
