Pecan crusted salmon fillet flavor awakens

Ingredients:

2 1/2 to 3 pound salmon fillet

1/2 cup salad dressing or mayo

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

1 6 ounce box – savory herbs stove top stuffing mix – crushed

Olive oil

Directions:

In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the stuffing, Miracle Whip, butter, syrup, pecans, and stuffing mix together and set aside. Line a baking sheet with foil, placing the salmon steaks or fillets on it and coat lightly with the olive oil.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. After the oven reaches temperature, stir the stuffing mixture again and place on top of the fillet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the salmon reads 145 degrees in the thickest part. Enjoy!
