Townbroadcast.com has added a new photojournalist to the staff, Josh Cline of Wayland.

Cline, 31, is a freelance photographer who started shooting photos several years ago with a basic Canon film camera, stopped taking pictures for a while and in 2017 decided to get back into it.

“With gained knowledge I turned it into a full-blown business endeavor, as well as getting published by Dragzine, LSXMag, and Mountain Bike Action Magazine,” Cline explained. “I enjoy high speed sports such as drag racing, and motocross, but if there is any form of competition, I am up for capturing the best stories in image form I can.

“I am sponsored by MotoOption Clothing as well. Aside from photos, I also enjoy writing from time to time. I look forward to working with the team from townbroadcast.com and what the year has in store.

He has been covering action sports, including Wayland Union High School primarily lately, co-op hockey.

Cline was a member of the Wayland High School Class of 2005 and earned his GED designation in 2010.

His photos can be viewed on his Facebook page and arrangements can be made for prints. His web site can be accessed at https://ph3phreephoreallphotography.zenfolio.com/
