Pickle Street vet practice announces service changes

Dr. Henry Reinart of the Pickle Street Veterinary Service has announced changes in services he offers as a result of the Coronavirus crisis.

He said, “As we move forward with the all of the changes the Covid-19 virus has made to our daily lives I would like to let you know that we are still here to help.

“There will be a few changes that I want to make sure that everyone is aware of. Angie and Rylee will both be working from home until further notice. They will have access to email and voicemails so please continue to call, but realize that it may take a little bit for them to get back with you. If you are an established client and you have an urgent matter please continue to press 1 and you will reach either myself or Dr. Emily. We are making arrangements so that you will continue to get visit summaries, although they may take a bit longer than usual.

“We are still scheduling appointments but are not scheduling as full as normal. Based on guidelines from the state we will continue to provide vaccination, heartworm testing and other time sensitive procedures. We will be delaying procedures that can wait such as routine equine dentals.”
