Power outage causes some Dorr residents to do creative coping

The thunderstorm that rolled through this area Thursday afternoon and evening caused a power outage in the Dorr area, with residents reporting that even businesses such as Dick’s Market had to shut down. Some citizens got a little creative during the inconvenience. Shown here is a picture taken by Amanda Carlon, who said her household decided to play Monopoly by flashlight. Power in the area was restored later Thursday night.
