Private family service set for Phil Regan Jr.

Philip “Phil” Regan Jr., age 65, died Saturday, Feb. 22, after a courageous battle with leukemia.

He loved reading his Bible and spending time in the Word with his Lord. Phil loved spending time outdoors, including fishing and walks. He cherished time spent with his family, especially his kids and grandkids.

Phil founded and operated Class 1 Grinding serving the local steel industry for over 18 years. He will be deeply missed.

Phil is survived by his spouse, Melissa Regan; children Lindsey (Michael) Haan, Emily (Aaron) Higbee, Daniel (Emalee) Regan, Kyle Regan; grandchildren Peyton, Cheyenne, Allianna, Bennett, Oliver; father, Phil (Lissette) Regan Sr.; siblings Susan (Larry) VanderWood, Lisa Regan, Tom (Kathy) Regan; and many extended relatives and friends. Phil is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Regan.

Phil will be laid to rest at Elmwood Cemetery in Wayland. A private family service will be held. In memory of Phil and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
