Ranger Rick: Oswald did not kill President Kennedy

The recent exercise by the U.S. House of Representatives in trying to oust President Donald Trump from office was quashed by the Senate, as it should have been.  This is the correct way to get the president out of office.

In 1963 on Nov. 22, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO), according to official reports.  Being almost a teenager, I was aware it was a monumental event and still haunts the American psyche to this day, especially those alive at that time.

I knew something didn’t smell right as a kid.  It was too pat and when Oswald was killed by Jack Ruby, it really started to get my antenna working, even as a young person.  First the president killed at Dealey Plaza, then his accused killer was killed in the Dallas police station basement!  WTH?

Since the “official” open and shut case said LHO did it and the case was closed.

The only problem was the whole assassination was filmed by a person named Zapruder.  It was the fly in the ointment, it screwed up the whole official story.  There were at least three shots fired from the rear of the caravan from the Dal-Tex building, not the Texas School Book Depository.  There was one shot from the right front from the wooden fence — the head shot that killed the president by hitting him in the right side of the head and blowing a hole, brain matter, and cranium bone exited toward the rear deck of the limousine.  That is what Jackie was trying to retrieve when the Secret Service agent pushed her back into the rear seat.

The shooter from the Dal-Tex building was Chuck Nicoletti, an “outfit” assassin for hire (used both by the Mob and CIA).  He flew into Dallas the day before on an Air America CIA plane.  How do we know that?  Because James Files, his back-up shooter said he did in testimony to a retired FBI agent.  After Mr. Nicoletti missed a head shot, his shots hit Kennedy in the back, hit the governor in the back, and probably one missed. James Files was to shoot only if he saw Kennedy was not hit in the head and Mrs. Kennedy was not in range.

Files, a relatively young man, had a contract with the “outfit” to make the shot only if Nicoletti missed the head shot.  He was in the railroad yard behind the “picket fence” and fired his Remington Fireball .221 caliber target handgun with a 3X scope mounted.  When he saw Kennedy was not head shot by the time the limousine reached his target point, he shot and the resulting head shot on Kennedy was filmed, hitting him from the right and forcing his body back and to the left.

How did Lee Harvey Oswald get into the picture?  Like he stated in the police station and to reporters, he was innocent, he didn’t shoot anybody, and he was “a patsy”!  Files stated he met Oswald a few days before and Oswald led him to a field where he could make sure the firearms they were going to use were sighted in and ready.  He told Oswald to pick up all the brass casings so there was no evidence he was there.

After Oswald was arrested, there was no paraffin testing of his face (where spent gunpowder would reside) but traces showed up on one hand (the hand he used to pick up File’s brass casings).  Yes, the 6.5mm Caracano rifle was in the Book Depository, but it was a plant.  As was the “sniper’s nest” and open window.  Oswald was in the know of the people involved, but not to the particulars of the assassination.

James Files said he had nothing to do with the shooting.  He was a “patsy,” probably a CIA operative who was told to help Files familiarize himself with Dallas and find a shooting area to sight in rifles, which he did.  That is how the CIA operates.

Kennedy was outspoken in his determination to smash the CIA into a “thousand pieces” after the 1964 election.  The military was angry with Kennedy about the Bay of Pigs Invasion pulling back of support for the CIA-backed invasion of Cuban expatriates to start a revolution to get rid of Castro.

He also wanted to pull out of Vietnam ASAP, which would cut the ties to CIA drug trade in the Far East and sent to America on military transports.  Remember the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution?  It was the continuation of the conflict in Vietnam by Lyndon Johnson, who probably knew of the plans to kill Kennedy.  The drugs kept coming to the west coast.

The “outfit” (Mob) – Chicago main man Sam Giancana – helped Joe Kennedy in 1960 get enough votes in Illinois to get John F. Kennedy elected.  Sam told Joe he “owed him.”  After Attorney General Robert Kennedy pursued the Mob in court and had Giancana investigated and harassed, Sam was calling in his marker, and Joe avoided Sam at all costs.  This helped seal the death of the JFK.

The hit was done by Mob people, but was aided by the CIA, and probably more players, but it is so disconnected as to who the players were (classic CIA operational strategy).

Files said after he took the head shot and knew he connected, he ejected the casing from the chamber, licked the end (he liked the taste of gunpowder) and bit it with his incisor teeth and placed the casing on the fence.  He then placed the firearm in the briefcase he was carrying and left the area.

If you look at film at the time right after the assassination, there were many people converging on the picket fence, yet the FBI and officials said all the shots came from the rear.  Why did they say that when everyone on the ground said the last shot came from behind the picket fence?  Because the narrative was already written, they had their man (patsy) and he was the assassin.  End of story.

In the 1980s, a man and his son were metal detecting around the fence area and found a .221 casing with teeth marks at the end.  The casing must have fallen off the fence and was ground into the muddy ground as it rained earlier in the morning before the president arrived.  Files was informed somebody found the casing with the teeth marks.  He was not surprised.

He also said there is a way to find out if his shot was the one that killed Kennedy.  He said the bullet was drilled out and mercury was placed in the void and covered by wax to keep it in the bullet.  This would make the bullet expand more than normal, ensuring an explosive effect.

If Kennedy was ever exhumed and examined for mercury residue, it would be found.  But he said he found out from other CIA people that the Kennedy family requested the president be removed from the casket and be buried at sea from a plane.  Either way, if the casket was exhumed and no body found, the story was correct.  If there was a body, it could be checked for mercury — either way, Files would be telling the truth.

As it is, we will never know.

We got rid of one president by force, two others were almost ousted by the impeachment process.  One was eliminated permanently, the other is still our president.  Tuesday (today) is election day.  Maybe another president will be ousted the legal way, by election results.

Personally, I hope not.  Trump is the only politician to do what he says he will get done.  I like a doer, not a talker. Biden has been talking for 47 years.

Let’s hope we never have another assassination of our president ever again.

The rotting of America from within continues…

You are the first JFK researcher that I believe has it right (for the most part).
I too have been looking at this since approx. 1968.
It would probably take a week-long mini-series of 3 hours a night in prime-time to adequately explain how and why JFK was targeted. The entire saga is so convoluted and complex. As you probably know, it takes forever to cover all the twists, turns and nuances. Endless rabbit holes (many are indeed interesting) that lead to nothing. But many do lead somewhere. And it isn’t pretty.

I too am a supporter of our 45th President. “They” have already succeeded in carrying-out his character assassination. It proved to be just as successful, I’m sorry to say.

Let me know if you have any questions about most things JFK. You did an admiral job in just a few words. Let me know if you’d like to hear my views on who really gave the go-ahead on the assassination. I noticed you never really gave your opinion either, other than the all-encompassing CIA.

    Sincerely,
    Ray Weisser
