Ranger Rick: Teachers should just get back to work

Throughout the “pandemic” of Communist Chinese Coronavirus (CCC), there were many who kept working through it all.

Truck drivers were hardest hit, as they kept working but had no place to get a hot meal at night before they turned in after a hard day on the road.  One truck driver in a YouTube post said it best, “…you can’t get a decent hot meal for dinner, then you can’t stop at a rest area to relieve yourself.  At places where deliveries are stacked up awaiting unloading, we have to use Porta-Johns instead of a heated restroom inside the building we are delivering our loads.  They want us to keep working but no hot meals or decent restrooms.”

Those considered “essential workers,” gas stations, grocery stores, processing plants, etc. were working their normal and some extended shifts to meet the demand.  At work every day, doing their jobs, while those staying home were doing other things or nothing and getting paid for it — $600 a week plus unemployment, more than some working full time earned, providing things the non-workers were needing.

Talk about major bullshit!  But that is a subject for another day.

Now we hear the cacophony from teachers saying they are afraid of going back into the classroom.  Have they heard of masks, washing hands and social distancing?  The administrations in most of the schools I’ve heard about were still working every day.

I worked for many years for a publicly owned business and missed a handful of days due to illness.  I was expected to be at work every day and my job was pivotal to supporting the business.  I was hired to be there, and I was.  I also enjoyed exceptional pay and benefits, and I earned every cent.

I have many teacher friends and they made a good living while working.  No, they weren’t millionaires, but they had comfortable, fulfilling lives.  Now I hear there are many teachers worried about going back into the classroom.  For those so afraid of contracting CCC and they are within the parameters of those most affected if they do (older, diabetic, poor health, compromised immune systems, etc.), you may want to consider retirement if you have enough years to qualify.

For those of you younger, healthy teachers — get to work, whether it is virtual classroom, reality classroom or a combination of both.  You’re getting paid to teach young minds full of mush to think and do.  Hopefully, you’re teaching them how to think and not what to think. If you’re doing the latter, get out of teaching.

I was lucky in that all the years in grade school, high school and college I had instructors wanting to know what I thought, what I knew, challenged me to be better.  Yes there were a few trying to press their views upon us, but we were grounded in the ways of the world, much more so than young people today.  But even the ones trying to turn us to their viewpoints and politics, it was only very few and those were the most insecure among us and could be easily influenced.

I have a question for those reading this.  Why is it all the flu and pandemics seem to originate and spread from China?  What is it about China?  My theory: It is created and spread with a purpose, especially this last one.  Whatever you want to call it – Covid19, CCC, Wuhan virus, China virus, it is especially virulent to compromised people.  And anybody who wants to believe it is a natural virus, please do your research.  The truth is out there.

Assessing the Democrat National Convention

Former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Kamala Harris were elected to represent the Democrats for the president and vice president positions on the national ticket, running against President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.  After a national convention there is usually a “bump” in polling, showing support for the ticket and the things the nominees say they want to do for the country (and in this case what the Democrats want to do to the country).   There was none and President Trump gained in the polls taken after the convention.

The only prime objective the Democrats displayed was “Beat Trump, Beat Trump, Beat Trump.”  While I’m sure if you’re a Democrat that is good enough, but every party should tell the American people what they are for, what their vision is for the country.

Joe Biden has told the American people the following over the past few months what he intends to do:

– higher taxes

– more regulation

– stop fracking and destroy the oil industry

– limit the 2nd Amendment and let Beto come for your AR15s

– give citizenship to all illegals within the United States

– open borders – stop building the Wall

– defund police

– defund the Armed Services

-embrace the “Green New Deal” without reservations

Ms. Harris was selected to be the vice president “black female” candidate.  The only problem is she is not viewed by many African-Americans as black.  She is of Jamaican/India heritage.  She had very little African-American support while in the primaries and was the first to drop out before the first primary occurred. She has a lot of baggage that will come out over the next weeks before election night.  She was not the best candidate Biden could have selected.

I can’t wait for the debates where Mr. Biden will need to show his ability to think on his feet without a teleprompter or video replay to correct his screw-ups after 20 takes.  He has shown signs of lessened acuity bordering on dementia at times.  He had his chance 4 years ago against Hillary, but Obama was all in for Hillary and told Joe to back-off.  He was a far better candidate at that time than Hillary.  But 4 years is a long time and it has taken its toll on Joe’s physical and  mental health.

If you vote Democrat, you are voting for violence like you see in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Washington D.C., New York, Chicago, Baltimore, Minneapolis and other cities. BLM and Antifa are not benevolent organizations, they are Marxist based and DO NOT care for the Constitution, American people, American history or the American way of life and patriotism.

In short, they HATE America and will do anything and everything to destroy America.  Your eyes are not lying to you, you must believe what you see.  Otherwise you are being dishonest to yourself.  And if you believe in Marxism and killing America, please leave or receive the wrath of Patriots.
