Rebecca Owen (far right in cover photo) Monday evening was officially approved as new elementary principal by the Martin Board of Education and she wasted no time in gathering faculty members for an informal coffee at. the school Tuesday. Owen last. year has served as reading specialist and literary coach at Brandon Elementary. She succeeds Dave Hardenburgh.
