Rosemary Graham of Plainwell has been selected as the new director of the Allegan County Resource and Recovery program for Allegan County.
Graham, who also is listed as an employee of the U.S. postal system, succeeds Ben Williams, who has joined the Allegan County Health Department as a sanitarian.
Graham will oversee recycling programs in the county.
