Schaendorf Cattle Co. now selling local ground beef

The Town & Country Market on 124th Street and Patterson in Shelbyville today welcomed local ground beef from the Schaendorf Cattle Co. of Hopkins. Because of many recent reports of a shortage of meat as a result of health issues at packaging plants, some folks have been calling for buying from local producers and growers. Schaendorf is based in Hopkins.
