Service will be Friday for Chad MacIntosh, 36, of Gun Lake

photo_20150415_wm0036124_0_photo_20150415Chad Russell MacIntosh, 36, of Gun Lake, died Saturday, April 11.

Chad graduated from Wayland Union High School in 1997 and attended Ferris State University. For many years he had worked as a die maker.

The last two years he worked as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist at Metro Health and loved going to work to save people’s lives. Music was a passion to him-singing, playing, dancing, he loved it all.

Chad is survived by his wife Kim MacIntosh; his children: Keegan and Emmarie; his parents: Scott and Suzanne MacIntosh; his twin brother Andrew (Tiffany) MacIntosh and his brother Cameron MacIntosh and fiancée Andrea Longstreet; his grandmother Ruth MacIntosh and grandmother-in-law Dolores Herbig; his parents-in-law: David and Rose Adamski; his brother-in-law David Adamski; his niece Elliette, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Lionel and Jean Barrett and his best friend Kristofor Lorback.

Friends may visit with Chad’s family from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services, Wayland. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Wayland United Methodist Church, with Deacon Larry Hoogeboom presiding. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
