Curt was a graduate of WHS Class of 1968 with Mike DeWeerd and Art Johnson, along with many others as classmates. Curt used to pick up a few of us in the morning for the drive to school in his 60 Chevy. He would suck down at least 2 cigarettes from the time he picked us up slowly driving to school. He loved playing football and was good at it. A good friend and I knew the family well. A real fun guy to be around and he was always the center of attention wherever he went. Once you met him, you didn't forget him! Rest in peace, my friend.
