Daniel Theodore Sullivan died of cardiac arrest Monday, April 22. He was 58.
Dan will be remembered as a doting father and loving husband, and someone who was always there to help, even if he did give the impression of a creaky rocking chair while doing it. His family, never quite able to appreciate his love for Frank Zappa, will now have to smile when they hear his music. From his comedic conversations with his beloved pets, to his unabashed and obnoxious love of everything he enjoyed.
Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Laura Sullivan, daughter, Danielle Craft, sons Patrick McKay and John L. Sullivan; brother John C. Sullivan and sister, Licia I. Gladu. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Ella and Grace Craft, Christian King and Xavier McKay-Ramirez; nephews, Scott Krieg, Daniel Gladu, and Brandon Gladu, in addition to several other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Florence and Murray Sullivan.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 29 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, Wayland Chapel ,(312 N. Main St. there will be a noon visitation with the Celebration of Life Service.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Forgotten Man Ministry.
