Ruth Jager, age 94, of Moline died Saturday, Aug. 6.
Ruth worked for more than 35 years at Pitney Bowes, where she was known as the go to person, always hearing “Hey Ruth.”
She is survived by her sister, Susie Coleman; sisters-in-law, Beverly De Vries, Bonnie (John) Tolsma, Barbara Jager of AZ; and generations of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St., Cutlerville. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at Moline Christian Reformed Church, 4341 Chappel St., with visitation prior to the service from 10 to 10:45. Rev. John Ouwinga will officiate. Interment will be in Hooker Cemetery, Leighton Township.
